The Conklin Endura Symetrik dates from 1931 to 38. The pen measures 13 cm capped. There are no cracks or scratches but there are some nibbles on the barrel (see photos). The barrel imprint is crisp and clear. The pen closes firmly with a half turn. The patented clip is spring-loaded. The unusually short lever is attractive. The 14K Conklin gold nib is fine with some line variation. A new sac has been fitted and the pen fills and writes well (see writing sample).
A very high quality American pen, not very common in the UK. A splendid writer.
