    The Jock Pen (Stock#2809)

This one is a considerable rarity. The Jock Pen was made for William Ritchie and Sons in Edinburgh and may have been made by De La Rue though this is not certain. It's a large pen at 13.5 cm capped. The pen is clipless and closes firmly with a single turn. There are no cracks, major scratches or bite marks and the black hard rubber is a little faded. The barrel imprint is worn but legible. The gold plating is good on the lever. The warranted 14 carat gold nib is a firm fine. A new sac has been fitted and the pen fills and writes well (see photo).

A very uncommon pen and a good writer.
