    Conway Stewart 73 (Stock#3141)

This Conway Stewart 73, in a blue hatched pattern, is longer and more elegant than most of the post-war Conway Stewarts. It measures 13.6 cm capped and the pen closes firmly with a single turn. There are no cracks, scratches or bite marks and the gold plating is very good throughout. With its narrow/medium/narrow cap rings and cowled clip it is clearly one of the more upmarket pens in the range. A new sac has been fitted and the pen fills and writes well (see writing sample.) The barrel imprint is clear. The 14 carat gold Conway Stewart nib is a firm medium.

    An altogether splendid Conway Stewart.
