Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with the pen that you have bought, please contact me within seven days of receipt of the pen. Sometimes problems that arise are very minor and can be resolved through correspondence. However, I will always take back a pen if you are dissatisfied with it. Please do not send pens back to me without having informed me first, as I will need to discuss the details of the return with you.
