This dark green eyedropper filler is an example of the pens that Mabie Todd produced in the post-war period for the Indian market. It is not a safety pen in the normal sense. The pen closes firmly with a single turn. There are no cracks, major scratches or bite marks. The gold plating is good on the clip. The barrel imprint is clear.
