These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Description of Goods

My photographs and my descriptions should give you an adequate idea of the condition of each pen. However, bear in mind that these are second-hand goods, mostly over fifty years old and they will not appear to be in a new condition.

Guarantee

I guarantee the functionality of all pens for a period of one year from purchase. Should your pen fail in any way, contact me and return the pen to me, and I will fix it at no cost to you. Unfortunately, accidental breakages are not covered by this guarantee.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled up to the time of dispatch. However, please bear in mind that I strive to send out all pens either the day of, or the next working day after, payment. This leaves a very small window for cancellation.

My Aim

In general it is my aim that my customers will be happy with the pens that they buy from me, and that they will find our transaction a pleasant experience.
